Frampton Comes Alive

- Do You Feel Like We Do? -

Well, I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. It was done by the same surgeon, Dr. Michael Cosby, who did my Dad's, my Mom's, both my Brothers', and some of my Aunts' wisdon teeth. It took less than a half an hour and didn't hurt at all. Ice feels good though, and I have some pain medication...but right now I feel pretty good. I have a feeling that I will get sick of drinking ensure, but it's to my health! I got to keep the teeth and they look pretty cool...or as cool as wisdom teeth can look I suppose.

Right now my favorite thing to do is watch VH1 Classic and look for good videos to record, stuff by War, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, The B-52's, Peter Frampton, the Grateful Dead, Yes...some good stuff, but alot of crap songs, which aren't even non-Rock that's good, are on there, if that's not too confusing.

Of course Fox Sports World is nice too, I like watching Australian Rules Football, that looks like a fun sport.

Then, of course, there is the best music video in history, which I have shown to many people:

Isn't Eastern European English Great?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I also got a haircut before the operation. I guess it was getting pretty shaggy, now I look like a shaggy marine, which is to say it's still pretty short. Yum...soft food diet, great.

DOUBLE EDIT: I also forgot to mention that my computer shipped yesterday, four days early , from Shanghai, China. Which is interesting, I assumed HP's were made in America, I'm just curious how much employees at their factory get paid an hour.

Scratch part o' that, I had a really good experience at my orientation and I really feel confident that I will get what I need to succeed at Arizona. I think I leave the seventeenth of August. I bought a new computer out of my own pocket, I think I'll like it. I'm still excited for school, which seems like a miracle. Good times are ahead.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I got my first ever cellphone. It's on a family plan, so I'll be able to avoid home sickness a little more easily, plus it already has a Tucson number. I bought a "holster" for it at Brookstone. Now I look like a damn yuppie. I'll admit, I had to look that up, dictionary.com: "A young city or suburban resident with a well-paid professional job and an affluent lifestyle." So I guess I used that term correctly. I've been using the phone to call other AT&T people incessantly, namely Larissa, otherwise known as the person with even worse insomnia than me.
